Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz is asking the public to avoid the area surrounding SUNY Erie City Campus due to an ongoing situation. There is a large police presence in the area of North Division Street, Swan Street, and Washington and Elm Streets. Police have not said exactly what the emergency is.
