At least once a year, Erie County Department of Health officials inspect all restaurants and stores that sell unpackaged food. Here is a list of violations recorded April 25-30.
1 critical violation
Almadina Supermarket, 2325 Parade St. (Inadequate handwashing sinks, not properly supplied or accessible.) April 28. Also two noncritical violations.
Thai Eatery, 5641 Peach St. (Improper cooling times and temperatures.) April 29.
Toast! Lounge and Eatery, 10651 Main St., North East (Improper date marking and disposition.) April 29. Also one noncritical violation.
Previously corrected violations
Middle East Kitchen and Grocery, 2702 Parade St., April 29.
