An investigation is underway after a young girl showed up to a Philadelphia hospital with gunshot wounds to her arm, officials with the police department said.
Officers with the Philadelphia Police Department were called to Temple University Hospital around 7:18 p.m. on Oct. 28 after they were told the 7-year-old girl arrived by private vehicle, officials said.
According to police, the shooting happened on the 3000 block of North Marshall Street in the Fairhill section of North Philadelphia.
The girl was listed in stable condition.
