Penn Street in Reading transformed into a lively corridor of food, music and movement Saturday during the third annual Taco Fest.
The event blends food-truck fare with performances and family-friendly attractions over two blocks of downtown Reading..
Entertainment included local bands, cultural dance performances and free dance lessons.
Vendors offered handcrafted goods and refreshments, including tacos, beer and cocktails.
