In celebration of 60 years the Community Blood Bank (CBB) has decided to bring back the Battle of the Broadcasters. A friendly competition between Erie media outlets including Erie News Now, to see which station can encourage and inspire the community to donate blood.
At the CBB a sign in sheet will be provided for donors to write which station they are supporting while they donate in the month of May. Each day the donations will be tracked and added to the station’s total.
Updates on the leaderboard will be shared throughout this campaign. Erie News Now is proud to be part of Community Blood Bank’s Battle of the Broadcasters as they celebrate 60 years of neighbors saving neighbors! Every donation helps local patients right here in the Erie community.
