Several guns and drugs were seized following an investigation outside a business in Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh Police’s Violence Prevention Unit was conducting an investigation outside a business on the 1600 block of Brownsville Road on May 8.Detectives obtained search warrants and arrested 24-year-old Mello Williams and 19-year-old Matyus Stewart.In total, seven firearms, cocaine, four bundles and two bricks of heroin, marijuana and more than $5,600 were seized. Williams faces charges that include persons not to possess, carrying a firearm without a license, fleeing or eluding police and narcotics charges.Stewart’s charges include carrying a firearm without a license and prohibited acts/possession.
