An investigation is underway after police said three people were shot right outside of a restaurant in Trenton, New Jersey
According to the Trenton Police Department, on Sunday, May 10, 2026, around 4:10 a.m., officers were called to a local hospital after receiving information about three people who had been shot.
When officers arrived at the hospital, police said that they spoke to three victims: two women, aged 32 and 31 years, and a 34-year-old man.
The shooting victims reported to the police that they were in the back patio of NJ Weedman’s Joint Restaurant, located at 322 East State Street, when the incident occurred. According to the police, the suspected shooter fired several shots into the rear patio area of the restaurant, hitting all three victims.
All three shooting victims were treated for non-life-threatening injuries and later released, according to police.
