(WBRE/WYOU) — We started the week chilly, but a warm-up is expected very soon. For today, we will see periods of on and off rain showers throughout the day.
Expect rain showers early this morning, followed by a brief lull between the morning and noontime. Then, scattered showers, downpours, and an isolated storm will develop throughout the afternoon and evening. Highs will be in the middle and upper 60s this afternoon. A warmer valley may hit 70 degrees. Periods of rain will continue throughout the night tonight, especially most east. An isolated storm is possible early. Overnight lows will be around 50 for most.
For Thursday, it will be mostly cloudy to overcast with highs between 55 and 60 for most of us. There will be a few showers possible, but most of the day is expected to be dry. Friday will be mostly cloudy as well with a few showers. Highs will be into the low and middle 60s.
Saturday and Sunday will both feature partly sunny skies and a small chance of a shower. A better chance of a shower will be on Sunday. Highs will be in the middle and upper 70s for Saturday and upper 70s and low 80s for Sunday. Next workweek starts off very warm with highs into the middle and upper 80s and lows into the low and middle 60s. Expect a mix of sun and clouds with the slight chance of a shower or storm.
