A transformer explosion in South Philadelphia knocked out power Thursday morning, but has since been restored, according to PECO.
It happened just after 4:30 a.m. at 4th and Jackson streets.
When crews arrived, they found wires on the ground and multiple homes without power.
Power should be restored for all custoemrs, PECO says.
