The city and the owners of the Reading Fightin Phils have come to a deal on obtaining a building near FirstEnergy Stadium. The team has new ownership, and there should be a new lease in which Reading gets more from the naming rights of things added to the stadium. The building the team and city just acquired will probably need a name.
Maybe a better idea would be for the city to put the stadium up for sale. With the recent additions the stadium is worth a lot more money than in the past.
