LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. – A Lebanon County man who authorities say threatened the lives of several Pennsylvania state lawmakers waived his preliminary hearing Thursday.
Officials say Adam Berryhill, 42, posted a “hit list” and referenced a “Memorial Day Operation” on social media.
The list included state Sen. Judy Schwank, who serves parts of Berks County, and Sen. Katie Muth, who represents parts of Berks, Chester and Montgomery counties.
Pennsylvania State Police say they’ve addressed a breakdown in communication to alert the effected lawmakers in a timely manner, and they’re implementing changes.
Berryhill is due back in court for his arraignment on June 11.
