Customers will be able to enjoy over 70 vendors this weekend at a mom-themed market in Bethlehem, featuring food, arts, plushies, pottery, clothing, jewelry and a growing support network of women in business.

The Mom Market will run 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at the Bethlehem Rose Garden, it announced online. Alongside vendors like Kou Kitchen, La Madame Biscuit, Love You More Vintage, The Usual Coffee Co., Bloomery Art Co., Sandpiper Lu Boutique and Sweet Escape Luxury Candles, it will also feature free activities like Pilates, face painting, a belly dancing lesson and princess characters.

Devika Knafo, who works in marketing, launched the quarterly market in July 2025, after her own experience with “balancing work life and family life and then also recognizing that there were a ton of other moms that were operating their own small businesses here in the Lehigh Valley, and they were facing the same struggles.”

“It was bridging that gap,” Knafo said. “So you didn’t have to sacrifice ambition and family values, and there was also a gap within the Lehigh Valley market space itself. … There wasn’t a comprehensive platform for women-owned businesses to be spotlighted. So I feel very fortunate to see how much The Mom Market has grown.”

In addition to the quarterly market, The Mom Market also does collaborations such as a pop up at The Pennsylvania Menopause Conference earlier this month in North Whitehall Township, according to Knafo, who hopes to do markets more often.

“Over the past year, we’ve worked with over 120 unique businesses that are women-owned here, and each one represents their own story of resilience and creativity and ambition,” she said. “And at the heart of it, our mission has always been very simple. It’s to create real opportunities for moms in business, so we intentionally keep at least 70% of our vendors mom-owned, and we believe that motherhood and entrepreneurship shouldn’t have to essentially compete. They should be able to thrive together.”

The summer market is now taking vendor applications online for Aug. 23 at the Bethlehem Rose Garden.
