WESTMORELAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) was found on a computer at an emergency service station, leading to more than a dozen charges filed this week, Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday said Friday.
Gregory Kelley, 31, was charged with 19 felonies, including 12 counts of possession of CSAM, on Wednesday, according to court records. He was a full-time wheelchair van driver for Murrysville Medic One in Westmoreland County, Sunday said.
“This conduct is deeply disturbing as it involves someone who is supposed to be helping children and adults in their community,” Sunday said in a statement. “Anyone who exploits and victimizes children in this manner will be pursued aggressively and can expect to be held accountable.”
An employee found the CSAM on a station computer on which Kelley’s email account was still logged in, according to Sunday. The employee immediately reported it to the employer.
Sunday noted how those computers are meant to be used for work purposes only. There was also AI-generated CSAM among the discovered files.

After Kelley was arraigned, he was taken to Westmoreland County Prison with bail set at $75,000, court records showed. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 26.
