Pennsylvania State Police investigate officer-involved shooting

Pennsylvania State Police are investigating an officer-involved shooting in Warren County.

According to State Police, troopers were attempting to serve a felony warrant on Saturday, May 16, at a home in Freehold Township.

Investigators said when troopers arrived, the suspect pointed a rifle at them.

Troopers then opened fire, striking the suspect.

Police said the suspect later died from his injuries.

No troopers were hurt and the investigation remains ongoing.
