On Nov. 4th, Pennsylvania voters will cast ballots for a new judge on the Commonwealth Court and I will be voting for Judge Stella Tsai for that position.

Commonwealth Court rules on matters involving state and local government, regulatory agencies, and other disputes tied to public policy, including election laws, education funding, environmental and zoning regulations, and labor issues; decisions which often have profound local impact.

Judge Tsai has years of legal and judicial experience. Serving in her ninth year as judge on the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, she is also a member of the Judicial Ethics Advisory Board and the State Trial Judges Ethics Committee.

Throughout her legal career, she has broad experience handling trials involving land use, trusts, wills, custody disputes and general commercial litigation. She has consistently upheld the rule of law and has always protected individuals with her commitment to victim advocacy and equal access to justice. She can be counted on to defend our environmental and reproductive rights under the Pennsylvania Constitution.

Highly Recommended by the non-partisan PA Bar Association, Judge Tsai is also endorsed by the Pennsylvania AFL-CIO, Pennsylvania State Education Association, Pennsylvania Federation of Teachers, Conservation Voters of PA, Planned Parenthood and numerous labor and law enforcement organizations.
