A 58-year-old Berks County man has been identified as the victim in a fatal crash Friday morning on Interstate 81.
Pennsylvania State Police said Jesus Montell Rincon, of Clayton, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said a semi-truck driven by Rincon was disabled on the side of the road at mile marker 140.3 northbound in Hazle Twp. at 6:41 a.m. on Friday. Rincon was outside the vehicle between its cab and the roadway when a Toyota Camry traveling north struck him.
State police are continuing to investigate.
