BETHLEHEM TWP., Pa. — It appears a controversial warehouse proposal in Bethlehem Township, Northampton County could be on the verge of moving forward.
The more than 800,000-square-foot warehouse is proposed on Freemansburg Avenue at a former quarry that has been used as a dump.
The township board of commissioners previously voted against the plan, but now they may accept the proposal with conditions following a lawsuit by the developer.

Monday night’s Board of Commissioners agenda lists a motion agreeing not to appeal a recent court ruling in which a judge ruled in favor of the developer’s appeal of the township’s rejection.
