Warren, PA — A Corry attorney is facing multiple charges after authorities allege he solicited an undercover officer posing as an underage girl.
Delbert Liller III, 36, of Corry, was arraigned Wednesday evening before Magisterial District Judge Laura Bauer in Warren.
According to court documents, Liller allegedly communicated with an undercover officer he believed was a minor.
The investigation and resulting charges were led and conducted by the Warren Police Department.
Liller is charged with one count of corruption of minors, one count of unlawful contact with a minor for sexual offenses, one count of unlawful contact with a minor for open lewdness, and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.
Court records show Liller was arraigned on May 27th and is awaiting a preliminary hearing scheduled for June 10th at 2:00PM before Magisterial District Judge Laura Bauer.
