UPPER SAUCON TWP., Pa. – A new food hall coming soon to the Lehigh Valley will offer a unique dining experience, featuring a wide array of cuisines from world-renowned chefs and prominent, award-winning restaurants under one roof.
A new location of Wonder, an innovative “fast fine” dining concept allowing customers to order from more than 20 chef-driven brands in a single, seamless transaction for dine-in, pickup or delivery, will hold a soft opening from June 8 through June 10 at Promenade Saucon Valley in Upper Saucon Township, according to an online announcement.
The restaurant’s grand opening will be held on June 11.
“There’s something for everyone,” the online announcement reads.

The restaurant, totaling more than 3,000 square feet, will operate next to Elite Salons & Suites at the open-air lifestyle shopping center, 2845 Center Valley Parkway Suite 802.
It will be Wonder’s second regional location, supplementing a location that opened in 2024 inside a Quakertown area Walmart, at 195 N. West End Blvd. in Richland Township, Bucks County.
Customers will be able to able to enjoy a diverse selection of cuisines and food, including barbecue, fried chicken, Detroit-style pizza, Italian, Mexican, Mediterranean and more.
“We’re on a mission to make great food more accessible,” reads a message on Wonder’s website.
“We started Wonder with the belief that a remarkable dining experience should be readily available to anyone who wants one. Every corner of this country is searching for something better for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. So, we went on a nationwide search, looking for the best chefs and restaurants we could find.”
The Wonder platform partners with world-renowned chefs including Bobby Flay, José Andrés and Marcus Samuelsson, as well as iconic restaurant brands such as Tejas Barbecue and Di Fara Pizza.
Unlike traditional food halls or delivery services, Wonder owns and operates every step of the process, from sourcing high-quality ingredients and managing kitchen operations to preparing, serving and delivering meals.
This vertically integrated model enables multiple restaurant menus to be prepared under one roof and delivered together as a single, seamless order.
Founded by serial entrepreneur Marc Lore, Wonder is redefining mealtime by making exceptional food more accessible through its pioneering “fast fine” dining concept.

“Wonder will be an exciting and highly anticipated addition to our growing roster of restaurants and eateries,” said Patrick Turner, general manager of Promenade Saucon Valley, in a news release.
“It offers the convenience and variety our guests have been asking for, whether they’re grabbing a quick lunch, enjoying dinner with family, or ordering for the office.”
The new Upper Saucon restaurant will operate 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. daily.
For Wonder Center Valley’s soft opening, June 8-10, individuals can sign up for a time slot to enjoy a free meal up to $15 while the restaurant’s team finishes training before the grand opening.
For the restaurant’s grand opening day, June 11, the first 100 guests will enjoy an exclusive Wonder gift with purchase. Individuals can skip the line and order before arriving.
