The Berks County sheriff’s department is seeking the following fugitives:
Juan Delvalle
• Juan Delvalle, 56, whose last known address was in the 400 block of North 11th Street, Reading, is wanted on charges delivery of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
According to detectives in the Berks County district attorney’s office, on Aug. 16, 2016, Delvalle met with an undercover detective to sell two bundles of heroin for $100 on the corner of North 11th and Buttonwood streets in Reading. Charges were filed Dec. 20, 2016, and he is still a wanted fugitive.
He is described as 5 feet 6 inches and 120 pounds.
Cole Rehrig
• Cole Rehrig, 34, whose last known address is in the 15000 block of Kutztown Road, Maxatawny Township, is wanted on strangulation and simple assault charges.
State police said that on Oct. 25, Rehrig pushed the female victim during an argument, then tackled her to the ground and began to strangle her with one hand around her neck and one over her mouth. He eventually released his grip and left the scene. Rehrig is also on probation for a conviction on aggravated assault charges.
He is described as 5 feet 7 inches and 180 pounds.
