BETHLEHEM – The Board of Finance held a special meeting on May 26 to consider and then recommend approval of a mediated settlement agreement in the legal matter of Grillo Services et al v. Town of Bethlehem.
Following an executive session, the board approved the mediated settlement and approved the recommendation of that mediated settlement for the Annual Budget and Special Town Meeting on June 4, 2026, to fund an amount of $307,000 from the Unassigned Fund Account.
