BRECKNOCK TWP., Pa. – A big part of the Halloween holiday is, of course, dressing up.
This morning, an elementary school student in Berks County dressed up as one of our 69 News reporters.
This is Ben from Brecknock Elementary School, but for Halloween, he’s playing the part of WFMZ-TV’s Tom Rader.
