An Alburtis man died Tuesday following an accident on an e-bike Monday in the borough, according to authorities.
Phillip Park, 71, died from blunt force injuries caused by the accident, which happened about 7:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Franklin Street, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio said in a news release. He was riding the bike when he suffered a fall that was not witnessed, the release states.
He died from his injuries Tuesday morning at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. The manner of his death was determined to be accidental, the coroner said.
Alburtis police are investigating the incident.
