A man was taken to the hospital after officials said an argument between multiple individuals led to shots being fired into a nearby vehicle in Pittsburgh’s Homewood South neighborhood Saturday night. Pittsburgh Public Safety officials said that at 8:30 p.m., police were called to the 7600 block of Susquehanna Street for a ShotSpotter alert reporting 13 rounds.When they arrived at the scene, police said an adult man was found with a gunshot wound to his left shoulder. He was taken to the hospital, and last said to be in stable condition. Preliminary information indicated that the victim and an adult female passenger were in their vehicle when an altercation broke out among several individuals outside. During the incident, one individual reportedly withdrew a firearm and fired multiple rounds into the vehicle. Police said the woman was not injured in the incident. An investigation is now underway.
