Margaret Curtin Marshall
OBITUARY
Margaret Curtin Marshall, 80, died peacefully on June 5, 2026, surrounded by family and friends. She was the daughter of the late Dr. and Mrs. Vincent T. Curtin and a lifelong resident of Scranton. Margi was a respected clinical social worker and a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
Margi was predeceased by her sister, Catherine Constance DePasquale, brother, Dr. Charles Curtin, and grandson Rumsey Hall. She is survived by her husband, Gary. Sister, Sarah DeVincentis. Children: Kim Grayson (Tonio) of Petaluma CA, Vincent Marshall of Scranton PA, Kate Hall (Minor) of Westborough MA, Rebecca Ferris (Jason) of Philadelphia PA, and William Marshall (Ruma) of Portland Oregon. Grandchildren: Linnea, TJ, Josh, Clare, Minor, Sam, Lucian, Margaret, and great-grandson, Rio.
A private family memorial will be held to honor Margi’s life. Donations in memory of Margi Marshall can be made to the Griffin Pond Animal Shelter.
