Erie County restaurant inspections for June 3-9, 2026
At least once a year, Erie County Department of Health officials inspect all restaurants and stores that sell unpackaged food. Here is a list of violations recorded June 3-9, 2026.
1 critical violation
Speed Check, 1150 East Lake Road. (Food Safety Manager Certificate expired.) Also one noncritical violation. June 8
Triple D’s, 1301 Parade St. (Food Safety Manager Certificate expired.) June 9
Clarion Pointe, 7415 Schultz Road, Summit Township. (Facility has an employee with food safety training, but it was not accredited.) June 5
Dollar General, 2050 W. Center St., Mill Village. (Milk found dated May 29.) June 3; Violation corrected when re-inspected June 11.
1 noncritical violation
Lens Legacy, 4801 Buffalo Road, Harborcreek Township. June 5
