BERKS COUNTY, Pa.- The Berks Book Bonanza announced it will open for business this summer.
The book sale will run from July 8 to July 12 at the County of Berks South Campus location at 400 E. Wyomissing Avenue in Mohnton., according to a news release by the organizers.
The Book Bonanza is one of the largest book sale operations in the area and offers used books, CDs, vinyl records, DVDs, and more.
The fundraiser benefits the Friends of Berks County Public Libraries and Reading Branch of the American Association of University Women.
All sales proceeds support nearby libraries and provide scholarships for women, according to the report.
“Berks Book Bonanza was able to provide $80,000 in 2025,” Judy Ellsworth, vice president of the Book Bonanza, said. “To double our contributions compared with the 2024 mini sale is amazing, and we’re looking forward to see what 2026 yields.”
The Book Bonanza said they take cash or check only.
