LANTA made service cuts in June of 2025, and then again in January of this year.
More changes are likely coming in January 2027, AJ Knee, LANTA’s director of planning and scheduling, told 69 News in April.
“This is part of a two-year stabilization plan, is what we’re calling it,” said Knee. “Overall, it is approximately a 20% cut in service to get us back to right sizing our service to the budget that we’re receiving.”
