An 83-year-old Pennsylvania man is facing charges after allegedly pointing a gun at a law enforcement officer during an investigation in North Carolina. Edward Leshinski, of Hatfield, Montgomery County, allegedly brandished a revolver during an investigation into a report of an impaired driver in Onslow County, north of Wilmington. Investigators said Leshinski refused commands to exit a property before pointing the gun at the officer. No one was hurt.
