ALLENTOWN, Pa. – An Allentown man accused of throwing seminal fluid on multiple women has been sentenced to state prison after admitting to indecent assault and failing to register as a sex offender in two separate cases.
According to a release from District Attorney Gavin P. Holihan, Michael Kevin Morris, 68, pleaded guilty Monday to a misdemeanor charge of Indecent Assault and a felony charge of Failure to Verify Address/be Photographed.
Authorities say as part of the plea deal, Morris will serve 5 to 10 years in state prison.
Morris is also scheduled for a hearing to determine whether he is a Sexually Violent Predator. That hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. September 24th, according to the release.
Police say on June 22, 2022, Allentown Police were called to a supermarket located in the 600 block of N. 7th Street for a reported disturbance.
At the store, police arrived and learned that a woman had been touched on the buttocks and had been sprayed with an unknown liquid. She told police that when she realized she had been squirted with a substance and attempted to confront Morris, he fled before officers arrived, according to Holihan.
As part of the investigation, evidence was collected and video surveillance was reviewed by Allentown Police who immediately recognized Morris due to several prior incidents where Morris sprayed seminal fluid on women in public locations.
On July 7, 2022, Pennsylvania State Police say they determined the fluid collected from the victim’s pants was seminal fluid and tested positive for Morris’ DNA.
After Morris was charged with indecent assault, officers made several attempts to locate him.
Morris was a sex offender and required to register his address with Pennsylvania State Police and failed to do so. Police say he was subsequently arrested in Easton in May 2025.
