The Harrisburg Senators secured an 11-6 victory over Erie during their six-game homestand at FNB Field in the Susquehanna Valley. In the sixth inning, the Senators were up 5-2 when Cortland Lawson ripped a ball to left field, allowing the runner to score all the way from first base and extending Harrisburg’s lead to four runs. Later in the eighth inning, Ethan Petry celebrated his birthday with an impressive performance, hitting not one but two home runs on the night, including a solo shot to center field.
