St. Eulalia’s Parish, with the assistance of many volunteers, will celebrate its annual Summer Festival on July 17-18, from 5-10 p.m., on the picnic grounds of its parish campus, 214 Blue Shutters Road, Roaring Brook Twp. The summer festival weekend, which also features the 16th annual Jerry Mahon 5K Walk/Run, is the parish’s largest fundraising initiative of the year. The festival’s features include Grandma’s Attic, Grandpa’s Garage, tricky tray basket raffles, a bake sale, a candy shop, an arts and crafts boutique with a quilt raffle, homemade ethnic foods, a beer pavilion, live entertainment and kids’ games/activities.
