Standout lacrosse players will showcase their talents at the second annual NEPA Lacrosse High School Boys and Girls All-Star Games.

This year’s doubleheader will be held at the Abington Heights High School Athletic Complex on Thursday. The girls game will start at 6 p.m. The boys play at 7:30 p.m., NEPA Lacrosse founder and owner Ben Magnotta announced.

The event features 61 players. Graduated players from District 2, District 1, District 4 and District 11 will compete in the games.

“We’re excited to continue building this event and bring the NEPA Lacrosse Senior All-Star Game back for a second year,” Magnotta said in a media release. “The goal is to give senior athletes one final opportunity to compete, represent their schools and celebrate the growth of lacrosse in our area. Even with the challenges that come this time of year, we’ve had a great response and are thankful to everyone helping make it happen. I’d like to thank the Abington Heights School District for hosting us, along with our coaches, sponsors, officials, athletic trainers and volunteers for their support.”
