Pennsylvania American Water announced that a section of the walking path will be closed for most of the summer.
They say the path from the small stone bridge to the dam near the fishing pier will be closed.
A high volume of traffic is expected on that section of the path and the utility says that is the reason for the closure.
It is scheduled to reopen on August 21.
