PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police said a man was struck and killed by a car as he walked in Kensington Sunday afternoon.
It was before noon when officers responded to the 200 block of East Wishart Street for a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. Upon arrival, they found a man suffering from injuries after being struck by a vehicle.
He was pronounced dead minutes later. Police said the driver stayed at the scene.
No arrests have been made.
