We’re about *** week and *** half out until that 25 day Parkway East closure, and both residents and businesses are beginning to wonder just how bad this closure will impact them. It’s going to be *** disaster for *** lot of people, including us, to get to and from work, our people, our deliveries, our suppliers. Dave says his biggest concern for the business are those delivery suppliers who are more than likely always from out of town. We have. Big 50 ft tractor trailers coming. These people come in from out of town. They know nothing about how to get somewhere. And of course there are post-it detours on how to navigate this closure, but Dave says while that might be fine for regular commercial vehicles, it isn’t ideal for his trucks. 50 ft tractor trailer going through Squirrel Hill or Oakland.
