The Combined Veterans Council of Berks County will host the annual Veterans Day ceremony in Veterans Grove in City Park on Nov. 11 at 11 a.m.
Will Tobin, retired Army chief warrant officer, will be the speaker. Tobin retired from active duty on Nov. 1, 2023 after nearly 23 years of military service. He is the deputy director of the Berks County Department of Veterans Affairs.
