ROCHESTER, NY. – The Wednesday night tilt between the Lehigh Valley IronPigs and Rochester Red Wings was suspended due to unsafe field conditions.
The IronPigs were leading 2-0 in the top of the fifth inning when the game was called off due to inclement weather (according to Rochester), and unsafe field conditions (according to Lehigh Valley).
The game will resume on Thursday, July 2 at 5:05 p.m. followed by a seven inning game.
