The United States Army Field Band & Soldiers’ Chorus FREE Concert comes to the Scranton Cultural Center at the Masonic Temple in Scranton on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 7:00 PM. Doors open at 6:30 PM.
Presented in the Weinberg Theatre, this free public concert is part of the ensemble’s celebration of the 250th Anniversary of the United States of America. Tickets are required, with a limit of four per household. Convenience charges may apply for online or phone orders.
The Concert Band, founded in 1946, is the oldest and largest ensemble within The U.S. Army Field Band. The internationally recognized 65-member ensemble has performed for audiences around the world, presenting patriotic music, marches, overtures and popular selections.
Founded in 1957, the Soldiers’ Chorus serves as the vocal complement to the band. The 24-member mixed chorus performs a wide-ranging repertoire that includes Broadway, Americana, Pop, Rock and R&B selections.
