On July 1, Henry Miller 57, of Erie indecently exposed himself in front of a minor at Presque Isle Downs & Casino.
On the date of the incident Pennsylvania Horse Racing Commission Contacted Pennsylvania State Police to report a possible indecent exposure case.
Through surveillance footage it was found that Miller had exposed his genitals and urinated in front of the 17-year-old victim. Miller was charged for Indecent Exposure, Corruption of Minors, and Open Lewdness which were all filed through Magisterial District Judge # 06-3-05.
