At least three vehicles collided around an entrance ramp to Route 422 westbound in Reading Tuesday afternoon, according to emergency reports.

The accident was initially reported about 3:50 p.m. at the ramp from Lancaster Avenue onto the highway, commonly referred to as the West Shore Bypass.

An ambulance was called for one woman who was bleeding, reports said. Fluids were down around the accident, and the vehicles were blocking traffic.

A tow truck was called to the scene, and all emergency units besides one engine and the ambulance were recalled.
