Benson Boone launched the Wanted Man Tour at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on Tuesday, July 7, living up to the “backflips & magic included” promise of the tour announcement art while treating fans to a setlist packed with hits, from “Beautiful Things” to “The Time of My Life,” his latest single.
This is Boone’s second tour since “American Heart,” his second album, peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200, spawning two Top 20 hits on Billboard’s Hot 10 — “Sorry I’m Here For Someone Else” and “Mystical Magical.”
After building a buzz on TikTok, the former “American Idol” contestant emerged as a full-blown cultural phenomenon with an eight-times-platinum breakthrough hit, “Beautiful Things,” which topped the charts in 19 countries, losing steam at No. 2 here in the States.
Last year’s American Heart World Tour won the Breakout Tour award at the 2026 American Music Awards and was named Pop Tour of the Year by Pollstar.
