AFTER THE AREA was hit with flash flooding on Sunday, a second wave of rains on Monday, July 6, triggered even more water woes, as Leasure Run overflowed its banks in New Bethlehem, flooding some Vine Street homes and garages. A third round of flooding hit East Brady Tuesday night, flooding Kellys Way in the downtown area.
