A Shaler Township man has been indicted on federal charges for allegedly posting death threats on YouTube, including threats against a member of Congress.According to the federal indictment obtained by Pittsburgh’s Action News 4, 32-year-old Robert Hlovchiec is accused of making repeated threats on the platform between February and March of this year.“If i get the chance im going to do a mass shooting wherever (Victim 1) is standing.
