READING, Pa. – Authorities in Reading are investigating an apparent murder-suicide that left two people dead and an infant seriously injured.
It happened just before 4:30 p.m. Monday at a home in the 1200 block of Locust Street, Reading.
Initial emergency dispatches called for a shooting involving a pediatric victim at the location.
Berks County District Attorney John Adams confirmed that two people are dead and an infant injured during the incident was transported by helicopter for treatment.
Authorities say there is no threat to the public at this time.
