CARLISLE, Pa. (WHTM)– Major government leaders, including President Trump, are headed to Central Pennsylvania this week.

The PA Defense and Innovation Summit is set to take place at the U.S. Army War College in Carlisle on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Among today’s speakers are Pennsylvania Sen. Dave McCormick (R), Congressman Scott Perry (R), and General Dan Caine, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. There are several road closures and traffic restrictions in place around the war college during the event.
