READING, PA. – Community members and visitors are invited to downtown Reading this weekend for the official Pennsylvania World Cup Fan Zone, presented by Visit PA.
The event will be held at the Reading Arena (Santander Arena), with additional watch parties occurring throughout the 600 and 700 blocks of Penn Street.
The event is free and family-friendly, with activities for all ages to participate in.
Advance registration is encouraged.
According to the city of Reading, the event will feature live FIFA World Cup 2026™ watch parties, an outdoor block party with live entertainment, interactive games, youth soccer activities, meet-and-greets with Telemundo62 personalities, vendors, and food and beverage options.
Inside the Arena, community members can watch Telemundo’s live Spanish broadcasts of the World Cup in a fully air-conditioned venue, providing a viewing experience for the region’s Spanish-speaking community.
Fans who prefer to watch the matches in English can enjoy FOX’s live broadcasts at the outdoor viewing area located at the DoubleTree by Hilton Reading.
According to the city of Reading, to safely accommodate the event, traffic and parking will be impacted, and road closures will be in place.
Street closures will begin in phases after 5 a.m. July 18, with full closures in place by 9 a.m. The closures will remain in effect through each event weekend before reopening by 11 p.m. on July 19.

• Cherry Street between 6th Street and 8th Street
• 6th Street between Cherry Street and Court Street
• 7th Street between Cherry Street and Penn Street
No Parking
• 6th Street between Cherry Street and Court Street (traffic will remain open)
Thanks to Philadelphia Soccer 2026 and the Reading Parking Authority, free public parking will be available July 18 at 8:00 a.m. through July 19 at 10 p.m.
