TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Police in Chester County are investigating a burglary that happened at a local Philadelphia Eagles star’s home on Saturday morning.
Tredyffrin Township police said that at approximately 5:10 a.m. on Saturday morning, officers were dispatched to a home in the Malvern section of Tredyffrin Township for a reported burglary in progress.
Upon arrival, police found that the alleged burglars fled the location.
Police say the home is owned by Saquon Barkley.
Barkley and his family were not harmed during the incident, officials confirmed.
The police department says it has not received any other reports of similar activity in the general area.
Detectives are investigating a white car that may be involved in the incident.
The Tredyffrin Township police department detective division is investigating the incident with assistance from the Chester County District Attorney’s Office.
