A Pennsylvania man accused of threatening to kill a member of Congress was arrested on Tuesday.The Capitol Police say 43-year-old Richard Griffin was arrested outside the Russell Senate Office Building around 12:30 p.m. Pennsylvania Sen. John Fetterman’s office is inside that building, but there is no indication as of now whether Griffin was threatening Fetterman or another member of Congress. Police also say Griffin has a history of emailing a Congressional office, as well as various government officials and law enforcement agencies.

A Pennsylvania man accused of threatening to kill a member of Congress was arrested on Tuesday.
The Capitol Police say 43-year-old Richard Griffin was arrested outside the Russell Senate Office Building around 12:30 p.m.
