ALLENTOWN, Pa. – A Chester County man who once lived in Allentown and in the Poconos is now facing charges including possession of child pornography, sexual assault, and child rape.
Police say they found videos and photos of sexual abuse on David Vincent Rosa’s cell phone.
They believe Rosa may have met victims when he was working as a handyman.
Authorities are asking anyone who may have had contact with him over the past decade to come forward as investigators work to identify additional victims.
